Nadir does not collect your data.

That is the whole policy. It is short because the app was built without anywhere to send anything. The rest of this page only explains what that means in practice.

What Nadir stores

Everything you enter — sleep, naps, caffeine and your settings — is written to a single file inside the app’s own storage on your device. Nothing else reads it. It is included in your device backup if you back your device up, and it is deleted when you delete the app.

What Nadir does not do

No account. There is no sign-up, no sign-in and no profile.
No servers. The app has no backend. Your data is never transmitted anywhere, because there is nowhere for it to go.
No analytics or tracking. No usage statistics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party SDKs of any kind.
No sharing or selling of data. There is no data to share or sell.

The app’s privacy manifest declares this formally to Apple: no collected data types, no tracking, and no tracking domains.

Purchases

Nadir Pro is sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment; Antipode Technologies never sees your payment details. Whether you hold a subscription is read from Apple’s StoreKit framework on your device. Apple’s own privacy policy covers that transaction.

Children

Nadir is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 18. It collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.

Changes

If the app ever gains a feature that transmits data — it has none today — this page will be updated before that feature ships, and the change will be described in the release notes.

Nadir is not a medical device. It is a predictive model. It does not diagnose any condition and cannot tell you whether you are fit to drive or to work. Speak to a doctor before changing your caffeine intake if you are pregnant, under 18, or have a heart, anxiety or sleep condition.
